1. Batch Mixing Plants

2. Mobile Continuos Plants
- Mobile continuous plant AC140M to AC160M;
- Quality and flexibility without compromise distinguish Arcen's continuous asphalt mixing plants;
- Maximum mobility through agile trailers and fast erection without the need for a crane;
- Production capacity max 140 t/h (ref. 3% of aggregates humidity);
- Drying and mixing trailer: counterflow drum dryer, diesel or oil burner, arm mixer equipped with controlled sliding discharge door and asphalt batcher;
- Filter and cabin trailer: ample baghouse filter, filler supply line with weighing system, control cabin;
- Bitumen tank and heater trailer: a basic bitumen stock with the main heating, pumping and metering unit;
- Many possible configurations for additional trailers: bitumen and fuel tanks, asphalt and filler.
